About Us

The Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute (PPCaDI) is a leadership development firm that specializes in leadership and diversity coaching. 

Our mission is to help people from all backgrounds find greater purpose, courage, and belonging. Our vision is to change the face of leadership. 

We are committed to helping companies create positive organizational change, and build strong leaders and more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workspaces. 

Why Leadership Development?

Today's leaders are responsible for innovation, leading people and making sure the organization is profitable to name a few. However, through our research many leaders in their organization have not had any leadership development to help them reach their goals or even the organization's goals. Therefore leadership development has become one of the biggest investments companies are making. When an organization decides to invest in their people the overall success of the organization skyrockets. This is why we believe leadership development is the best thing you can do to become a successful leader. 

Our Approach

Our approach to leadership development is an integration of 3 pillars; Positive Psychology, Coaching, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our proprietary coaching methodology is called Positively Diverse Leadership TM. Utilizing our structured framework takes leaders through a development journey and challenges their curiosity, awareness, understanding, acceptance, and actions while empowering them to build real connections, cultivate belongingness, and communicate in ways that motivate themselves and others to take ownership and make decisions that lead to successful outcomes.
